We need two types of partners with this ministry.
Nothing gets done without either one of these partners.
Partner With Us Through Prayer
I, Mary, remember times growing up listening to the radio as my football team played. The real game was being played as I listened. Then, late Sunday afternoon, I would watch the game replay. This is a poor analogy of the relationship of prayer to the work we do. Prayer is the work. Our activities echo the work of your prayers. It is that important.
We try to write a prayer letter every month and send it out via email. It contains 14 items for praise and intercessions, with Bible verses that give a context for the prayers. By having 14 items, our partners can pray for each item, one per day, twice a month. Please fill out the form to be added to our list of prayer partners.

Partnering Through Financial Gifts
Just as a car needs oil and gas to run, so we need money to meet our financial needs. People who choose to partner with our ministry by financial giving make their donations to one of our sending organizations, either Wycliffe Bible Translators, Inc. or Mission To the World, preferenced for the ministry of Mike and Mary Lott. A receipt is sent by that organization and we receive preferenced funds once a month. Gifts can be made through either of the two agencies below:
For tax-deductible contributions by mail:
Wycliffe Bible Translators
P.O. Box 628200
Orlando, FL 32862-8200
Please include a separate note indicating "Preference for the Wycliffe ministry of Mike and Mary Lott, Acct #300634".
Or give on-line: For Mike & Mary
Mission To the World (MTW) is the sending committee of the Presbyterian Church in America. When God called us to this ministry, we chose to affiliate with MTW in order to demonstrate doctrinal accountability. We went through the selection committee and were commissioned in 1992. Our full support began in 1993. If you wish to partner with us through MTW, please click this link: Our giving site.
Partnering Through Direct Giving
This is the least preferred method of giving. By choosing to partner with our ministry with Wycliffe Bible Translators by making a gift directly to us, you need to be aware of a few details. We will be reporting your partnership to Wycliffe and sending them the 10% administrative fee which is used to meet organizational needs. This enables the proper accounting to governmental authorities to be made. Second, it is our understanding that neither WBT, nor MTW, can issue a receipt for such a gift since the organization is responsible to the IRS as to the distribution of any monies. Giving directly to us negates that possibility. This further means that such a gift is not tax deductable. We suggest considering partnering through Wycliffe or MTW.
